HighRise Safety (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional safety training services, including OSHA and DOB-approved courses, through our website and in-person training locations.

4. Student & Instructor Responsibilities

For Students
 

  • Ensure that your registration information is accurate.

  • Pay for your course in full before the start date unless otherwise stated.

  • Follow all course rules, attendance policies, and safety requirements.

  • Notify us promptly if you experience issues with your enrollment or payment.
     

For Instructors
 

  • Provide accurate course descriptions and credentials.

  • Deliver the course content as advertised and in compliance with applicable safety standards.

  • Maintain professional conduct and uphold the integrity of HighRise Safety’s programs.

  • Agree that HighRise Safety reserves the right to review or remove courses that do not meet our standards.

5. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
 

  • Payments must be completed through approved payment methods on our website or in person.

  • Refunds may be available if a cancellation request is made before the course start date. Once a class begins, payments become non-refundable.

  • If a course is canceled by HighRise Safety, students will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another available class.

  • We reserve the right to correct any billing or processing errors by adjusting charges or issuing a refund.

6. Content and Licensing

a. User Content
 

Any content you share with us (such as reviews, feedback, or submissions) remains yours, but by posting or submitting it, you grant HighRise Safety a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with our services.

If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for the course that caused the claim.
